Remembering Those They Gave All

We join you in remembering those whose lives were taken.

Sixteen years have passed since the attacks of September 11, 2001. All of us at Page, Wolfberg & Wirth take a moment today to pause and remember all of the victims of 9/11. Most poignantly, today we remember the bravery and sacrifice of the firefighters, EMS providers, police officers and other first responders who gave their lives in the service of others.

While those responders made the ultimate sacrifice, those of us in EMS and public safety know that the nation’s emergency responders exhibit extraordinary skill, courage and bravery in far less high-profile incidents every day. While remembering the extraordinary bravery and sacrifice made by the 9/11 responders, we also want to thank EMS providers, as well as fire and police responders, all across the country for the selfless and dedicated service that they perform each and every day.

There is a special place in heaven for the 9/11 responders who perished that day, and we hope that God has granted peace and comfort to their survivors in the decade since, along with the solemn pride they must feel in having made so costly a sacrifice in the service of others.

God bless America.
