SARS installs Officers for 2013

Volunteer Officers

The majority of Staunton-Augusta Rescue Squad’s operations are run solely by volunteers. It is the volunteer officers that plan, organize, execute, and lead the squad in its day to day operations. Every two years, new volunteer members are voted on by the membership body to serve as officers. The new officers for 2013-2014 are as follows:

  • Donna Hurst, President
  • Greg Lambert, Vice President
  • Scott Harvey, Rescue Chief
  • Steve Rohr, 1st Lieutenant
  • Patrick Scott, 2nd Lieutenant
  • Kim Helmick, Treasurer
  • Chrissy Snyder, Training
  • John Craig, Communications
  • Angela Kuremsky, Secretary
  • G.J. Shiflet, BOG
  • Glenn Drumheller, BOG Alternate

Auxiliary Officers

The Staunton-Augusta Rescue Squad auxiliary also is run and organized by volunteer officers. The 2013-2014 auxiliary officers are as follows:

  • Debbie Rohr, President
  • Kim Galloway, Vice President
  • Judy Leach, Secretary
  • Paige Wagner, Treasurer
  • Eugenia Taylor, Chaplain

Board of Directors

Staunton-Augusta Rescue Squad also functions under a Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for the affairs, business, and funds of the Squad.  The Board is also responsible for the development and or approval of Squad policies, for the oversight of operations of the Squad. The 2013-2014 Board of Directors consists of the following members:
