Thank you for your interest in our volunteer organization!
Once completed and submitted, your application will be reviewed by our membership committee. We will also schedule an appointment for an interview. Junior Squad applicants will be asked to bring a parent/guardian, along for the interview.
*Both Junior and Senior Member applicants must complete ALL required documentation in order for your application to be considered complete!
Once everything is completed and your references check, the Leadership Team will review your application and contact you for an interview. Our probationary period is at least six months. Thanks again for your interest!

- *You must obtain references for your application. Use the references form to give to your references and have them mail it to back to us in order for your application to be complete.
- A Driver Report transcript must be in your application packet. You can request the Driver Report transcript from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
- IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18: Your Parents or Guardian will need to attend the interview.
Do not do the Criminal History Investigation form. Fingerprints will need to be done through the Virginia Office of EMS website. Appointments are made on the website.
